On this site, students from Paul Public Charter School in Washignton, DC will explore the novel My Side of the Mountain by Jean Craighead George. I am originally from New York City. Fed up with city life and with a desire to live off the land, I hitchhiked to the mountains where I currently live with my Falcon, Frightful, and a friendly weasel whom I call "The Baron."
